All our operators, from doctors, collectors and laboratory technicians to administrative staff, are fully aware that those tests are being conducted on individuals, and they know the implications of non-compliance with the procedures.

Our main concern and rule is to respect and protect individuals and their legal rights, as imposed by the medical ethics and rules of professional conduct.
